I See You Movie Explanation

At the beginning of the film's story, we see a small child riding a bicycle home after meeting his friends. He passes through the forest on his way home and suddenly someone pulls him from behind. The child disappeared and no one knows where he went.

Next, we see a woman named Jackie who is making a cake for her son. She gets a call from a friend but when her son asks about it, she does not answer. Jackie's relationship with her husband Greg is not good and their son is always upset with her. Jackie leaves the house after making the cake and Greg, who was sleeping on the couch, wakes up. Greg is a police officer and receives a call from Jackie informing him that there are leftover cakes. Greg becomes angry and throws his phone out the window.

When Greg looks out the window, he sees a cup containing buried secrets. He doubts his son and becomes suspicious. Greg goes to the police station and finds the missing child case that was mentioned earlier. Jackie returns home and sees someone else in the house. A man claims that Greg called him to fix the window. Jackie asks how he got into the house and the man says that his daughter opened the door. Jackie is surprised because he only has one son.

Meanwhile, Greg goes to the woods where the child disappeared and finds a green knife, which presumably belonged to the kidnapper. Greg tells an officer that a few years ago a kidnapper used to kidnap and murder young children, but the officer says the kidnapper is still in prison.

Back home, Jackie asks her son if any of the workers came to their house. His son replies angrily and leaves. Jackie hears the news that two children have gone missing in the woods that month and turns off the TV. Greg returns home and Jackie tells him about the man who stole their silverware. Greg ignores her and goes to his room, noticing that a picture near the stairs is missing.

That night, a mouse enters Greg's room and he tries to catch it. The rat runs into his closet and when Greg goes inside to catch it, the door closes behind him. He thinks that his son is joking, but his son is not there. Jackie opens the door and realizes that her son is not at home.

One night, Jackie hears strange noises coming from her son's room and finds a strange mask. She does not ask her son about this and leaves quietly. In the morning, Greg's blanket is removed and his bed is wet. He gets a call from the police station and leaves immediately.

A female officer at the police station tells Greg that the case is similar to a kidnapping from years ago. One of the boys who escaped from the kidnapper's house claimed that it was a magical house where no one could find him. Jackie's friend comes to visit and Jackie asks him to leave, but he refuses. Jackie sees the cup containing the cigarette, which Greg also sees. The cup fell and hit her friend on the head, causing bleeding.

Jackie brings her friend to the basement and bandages her head. He gets a call from his friend's number and suspects his son. When she goes inside the house, her son is coming down the stairs. She thinks he has spilled the cup and doesn't ask him anything. She takes him to school.

In the basement, his friend's head is still bleeding when someone struck him with a wooden stick. Meanwhile, the officer investigating the missing children finds a short wire in the woods, possibly relating to a child on a bicycle.

When Jackie returns home, she finds her friend's body and suspects that her son killed her in a fit of rage. She calls on Greg for help to save her son from punishment. They decided to take the friend's body to the forest and hide it, leaving their son alone at home. At the same time, a message appears on the son's computer asking if he knows what "frogging" is.

There was a masked man behind him. Jackie and Greg return home to find their son tied up in the bathtub. They take her to the hospital while Greg tries to find the person responsible. Police received a call about the kidnapper, but could not locate him. Suddenly the masked man attacks Greg. This triggers a flashback to the time when everything started.

The story introduces two friends who secretly lived in other people's homes. One of them named Alec suggests they do something to drive the family members crazy. However, his friend stops him. When the window repairman came to Jackie's house, Alec's friend pretended to be Greg's daughter. Alec mixed a sleeping pill in his friend's water bottle, causing her to fall into a deep sleep. Alec then begins harassing the family, locking Greg in a closet and turning on the TV to scare Jackie.

Alec's friend accidentally hits Jackie's friend over the head with the cup, causing panic. When she went to the basement, she saw Greg murdering Jackie's friend, who had a romantic interest in Jackie. Alec's friend confronts Alec, but he refuses.
