Only then the shark turns its attention towards it and also attacks.
The story then shifts to a Mexican town, where we meet Paul and his family. Paul is an inspector who is on a trip with his family but also has to investigate an oil rig platform. They arrive in a strange town where they encounter unresponsive locals. Eventually, they find a place to stay and Paul leaves to go to the platform. Before he leaves, a man named Melre warns him about danger in the town, specifically mentioning a black demon. Paul did not take the warning seriously and continued his journey.
Paul reaches the seashore where a ship is waiting for him. He tries to send a message on stage, but the guard refuses to broadcast it and tears up the photograph given to him by Paul.
